The brazed process of diamonds creates a fusion between the diamonds and the metal bond. Two significant advantages result:
The conventional electroplated manufacturing process merely traps the diamond particles by the metal bond. The diamond particles — which have no undercuts, easily pull out. Furthermore, the bond must be made thicker, and this creates clogging. |
